Our Story
Where We Came From
Premium Demand Limited was founded with a single purpose: to deliver flooring installations that genuinely stand apart. We set out to build a business where quality was never negotiated, where every project — however large or small — received the same level of care and precision.
Over the years, that commitment has taken us from luxury homes across the UK to the decks of some of the world's most iconic cruise ships. We have worked with Disney Cruise Line on the Disney Adventure, carried out the first refit of P&O Iona, and built long-standing relationships with some of the most respected names in the marine and commercial sectors.
Today, Premium Demand operates across three divisions — Domestic, Commercial, and Marine — each staffed by specialists who understand the unique demands of their environment. What unites all three is the same founding principle: the standard of our work is non-negotiable.

Marine
Our marine division is one of the most experienced specialist flooring teams in the UK. We work aboard cruise ships, ferries, and superyachts — meeting the strictest fire, weight, and safety standards in the industry.
